Shipping Policy

Delivery Conditions

For optimal delivery, it is important to ensure the following:

• Ensure that the dimensions of doors, staircases, and the designated room are appropriate, compliant, and accessible to allow our delivery teams to bring in the products without difficulty and install them in the desired location.

• An adult (18 years or older) must be present to receive the products and sign the necessary documents.

• If doors need to be removed to allow the products to enter, only doors with pivot hinges will be removed.

• Our teams will unpack the products, except for those that need to be assembled by the customer. The manufacturer's plastic wrapping will not be removed.

• No connections will be made for appliances and electronics.

• No furniture or appliance movement will be performed.

• If any difficulties arise during delivery, our delivery personnel will inform the customer and ask them to sign a liability waiver.

• No returns are possible for furniture, electronics, mattresses, and box springs.

• In winter, you must ensure that the access to your residence (parking, stairs, balcony, sidewalks) is cleared of snow and ice.

Delivery Fees

• Branchaud applies a delivery fee policy based on regions. For more details, please contact your branch.

• In case of absence during delivery, additional fees will be charged, in addition to the initial delivery fees.
