Purchase and Refund Policy

Deposit and Hold

• For any special order, a 30% deposit will be required. The purchase is final and this deposit is non-refundable.

• For regular inventory purchases, a 20% deposit is required.

• Branchaud offers the possibility of holding an item for a maximum of six (6) months, with a 20% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.

• For purchases of final sale items, such as floor models, a 20% deposit will be required and it is non-refundable.

• For accessories such as fabrics, handles, panels, wires, pool or spa parts, etc., a 50% deposit is required. The purchase is final and this deposit is non-refundable.

 

Warranty – Furniture and Appliances

If the item is defective and cannot be repaired, it will be replaced or a credit will be issued for a future purchase. No refunds are available.

Since this is a manufacturer warranty, Branchaud has no decision-making power regarding the warranty or the manufacturer's decision on a claim.

 

Warranty – Mattresses and Box Springs

Mattresses and box springs come with a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 1 to 25 years.

For any claim, please contact our customer service at 1-888-449-2610, extension 2262. Our team will forward your claim to the manufacturer.

Conditions for the mattress and box spring warranty:

• The mattress or box spring must be free of stains.

• It must show no signs of abuse.

Since this is a manufacturer warranty, Branchaud has no decision-making power regarding the warranty or the manufacturer’s decision on a claim.

 

Warranty – Electronics and Computers

Branchaud offers the option to exchange electronic or computer devices for residential use within 7 days.

To proceed with an exchange, the item must be returned in its original packaging, sealed by the manufacturer. We will be happy to assist you in selecting a new item.

No exchanges or refunds are allowed on special orders.

 

Returns

All returns must be authorized by management. The following fees may apply. No refunds are allowed.

• Furniture: 25% fee + $89.99 delivery charge.

• Appliances: 20% fee + $89.99 delivery charge.

• Electronics and Computers: 15% fee. The item must be returned by the customer.

• Special Orders: No returns or refunds.
